EZ Tax Calculator MY 2025 (Borang Kira Cukai BE Automatik)

This tax template is designed to automatically calculate your final tax payable once all required information is entered. All calculation cells are pre-formulated, linked, and locked to prevent accidental changes.

Download file will be send to the email upon order made by customer.

To enable the macro function, kindly right-click on the file and select properties. In the general tab, look for a security section at the bottom and check the box that says unblock. Click apply, then ok.

Step 1: Employment Income

• Go to the Employment Income tab.

• Enter your employment income exactly as stated in your EA Form.

• You may also refer to your payslips to ensure the figures are accurate and complete.

Step 2: Tax Relief Expenses

• Navigate to the Tax Relief / Expenses tab.

• Input all eligible tax relief expenses in the yellow-coloured boxes only.

Step 3: Levy Departure & Zakat

• Enter any levy or departure expenses for religious activities incurred during the year.

• Input zakat paid in 2025 in the yellow-coloured boxes only.

Step 4: Donations

• Go to the Donations tab.

• Enter all donations made in 2025 in the yellow-coloured boxes only.

Step 5: Tax Computation

• Proceed to the Tax Computation tab (orange tab).

• Your final tax payable will be calculated automatically.

Step 6: Generate PDF Report

• Once all information has been completed, click the “Run PDF” button.

• A PDF report will be generated for your reference and safekeeping.

• It is recommended to save or print this report for record purposes.

• The Tax Computation tab is fully auto-calculated and linked to the information entered in other tabs.

• No manual input is allowed or required in this tab unless stated otherwise.

• Any unauthorised changes may affect the accuracy of the tax computation.

• Do not edit locked cells or non-yellow fields.

• Ensure all inputs are accurate before reviewing the final tax payable.
